Set it as high as is tolerable, then leave it alone. Tolerable meaning you can still hit the confirmation buttons to leave settings. You'll get used to it, and it'll take less adjustment than you think.
If your sensitivity is higher, you can hit things faster. There's literally no reason not to. That's it, I don't have some grand thesis.
Other upsides? You can always downgrade to a lower sensitivity, but getting used to higher takes time. It's handy if you have to use someone else's device with high sensitivity, or an app which overrides to high sensitivity for some reason. Of course, it might make it harder for other people to use your device. Depending on the kind of person you are, this may be a pro or a con.
It improves your fine motor skills as well? Hardly major, but it's technically a bonus.
Same logic applies to the scroll sensitivity. It's faster to overshoot and correct than crawl your way through everything.
Give it a shot.

Nightly Notes
End of the month already? Time really does fly.
I'm bumping into more hurdles now, but I don't see a reason to stop. The idea pile has only been growing and the thinking is good for me. Writing is quite fun when it wants to be.
I hope I've gotten you to improve life somehow. Analytics are pretty boring, I still can't tell if someone is actually reading all of these, but apparently some number of people are around.
I'll be back,
