Assorted tips for toweling off after a bath/shower, because you deserve better than slow drying and damp towels.
- Flick water off any particularly wet areas with your hands before exiting. Not having to soak up a puddle first will make towels much more effective.
- Dry top down, so there's no drips on an area you've already dried. If that's not possible, such as with long hair that traps moisture, use a smaller towel to wrap up or catch drips.
- Get a bathmat. Nothing's worse than wet feet on cold floor. Failing that, dry your feet as you step out.
- If the towel isn't reachable from the bath/shower/bathmat, move it there beforehand. Nothing's worse than dry feet on wet floor after toweling off.
- Wait a minute to get dressed after toweling off so the residual damp has a chance to evaporate.
